  • In accordance with the requirements of the law in Ukraine, we can confirm that the company holds no shares in any reinsurer, nor does any reinsurer own any shares in any company within our group.
  • The Ukraine Representative Office has a separate Professional Indemnity Policy from the rest of the group. It is issued by Uniqa Ukraine and has an annual limit of EUR 100,000.

    During 2024, UlysseRe SIA handled premium of EUR 14,320,182 in respect of foreign entities in the non-life market, and EUR 3,444,331 in respect of foreign entities in the life market. The total amount of premium handled was EUR 17,764,513.
